Follow these steps in order. Each one builds on the previous.

1. Step 1

   Install Docker and Docker Compose on your local machine

2. Step 2

   Write a complete Dockerfile for the provided sample application

3. Step 3

   Create a docker-compose configuration to run the app and a database together

4. Step 4

   Set up a new GitHub repository and push the starter code

5. Step 5

   Define a GitHub Actions workflow file in the required directory

6. Step 6

   Configure the workflow to automatically build the Docker image on every push

7. Step 7

   Add an automated testing step to the workflow to verify the build succeeds

8. Step 8

   Write a deployment script to simulate pushing the image to a staging server
